Petrol card debacle

My petrol card expired in Feb 2013.The replacement was sent to the requested branch but i was never notified that it was there, it was therefore sent back to Joburg. I then requested a new one to be delivered to the La Lucia branch on the 11/03/2013.The card would then have to go from Durban North to the La Lucia branch. I eventually got an sms on the 16/04/2013 telling me that the card was at the Durban North branch, I then phoned the card tracking number to check that it would be delivered to the La Lucia branch. Having heard nothing up until this morning (25/04/2013) I decide to phone card tracking again. The gentleman on the other end of the phone then assures me that the card is at the La Lucia branch for collection, i even double check with him, "Are you sure it is at the La Lucia branch? ", "Yes". I go to the La Lucia branch and the card is not there, its at the Durban North branch. I then phone card tracking who now tell me it is at the Durban North branch, but they cant ask La Lucia to fetch it, they can only ask Durban North to send it again, so please will i drive back to La Lucia and request it to be fetched because they cant. The absolute incompetence of this bank astounds me
