Cloning of card at ATM

I went to the ATM located in North Pine, Brackenfell to with draw money. My card then got stuck in the ATM and I could not get it released. Hereafter, I asummed that it had gotten swallowed by the ATM. 15 minutes later, R4000 was withdrawn from my account, while I headed to the nearest branch to have the card cancelled. After I cancelled my card at the ABSA branch Brackenfell, another transaction of R3400 took place at the OK retailer in Kuilsriver, Cape Town. This totalling to R7400!!! I then went to the Kraaifontien police department and laid a charge, herafter made contact with the Ombudsman. Within one week, I recieved feedback from ABSA mentioning that the was my fault and that they do not intend paying me back!!!

The ATM being located at various points are placed for convenience for the customers of ABSA. For this reason its is the responsibility of ABSA to ensure that their clients card/ cash is not from them.

The card getting stuck is due to the ATM being tampered with; the pin being revealed is due to a camera being placed at the ATM (this was mentioned by the ABSA bank Manager at Branch). My fault??

Can somebody please help. I need my money back.
