Some time back I wad placed under debt review, and it was agredd that an agreed amount would be paid of monthly on my credit card balance. I Have been paying this amount regularly and without exception ever since.
I recently received an SMS (not even the courteousy of a phone call) from a so called debt collector advising me that this account has been handed over for collection, without ANY correspondence from SBSA whatsoever. Besides the original debt this will also now incur legal and collection fees for WHAT REASON. How can my account be handed over without ANY communication with me!!!
