My son's banking card was swallowed by an ABSA ATM. The next day he requested time off from work to get a replacement card (Woodlands) ABSA Branch. He supplied them with the required documents, and GUESS WHAT.
The branch had no stock of cards and he was told he must come at another time. I am not sure if ABSA appoints COMRADES, but this is totally UNACCEPTABLE. My son salary has been stuck in ABSA since Tuesday and this never seem to bother the staff at ABSA.
What guarantee is there that the next time he goes for the card, there will be stock of cards? Is ABSA prepared to adress this, or has ABSA got so many customers, they dont care anymore? Or is it the case of my son being Black?
