Clients not supported in cases. Absa is bad

On the 22/11/2013 I sent my lil brother to the ATM to withdraw money. After he inserted the card and entering the pin, the ATM just cancelled the transaction. He emmidiately called me and told me that he hasnt withdrawn any money & that the ATM has retained my card &amp as I was on the phone with him I recieved an sms that 2000 was withdrawn from my acc. I called Absa and explained the story, while I was on the line with a consultant 900 was also withdrawn from my acc. The consultant said that the money went out in PTA while I was in Ebony park. I then went to the Sandton branch & reported the case. A case was opened and I was told that I would get my money in 3 days. A week later I had not recieved any cal;l from Absa. I then went to the branch and was told that my claim was declined. I dont understand why my claim was declined 1. My card was retained by the ATM 2.I told that my money went out in PTA &2 weeks later I was told that the money that went out in Spar Ebony park wherelse my brother was withdrawing near shoprite which is more than a 5 mins drive from Spar. 3. I was told that the ATM that my brother was using does not have CCTV footages-that is not my fault.
