I called the Dial Direct call centre this morning to to make a couple of changes to my policy. I also inquired if we could look at changing our cover slightly to lower our monthly premium. My daughter (7 years old) was diagnosed with epilepsy in January. We have had horrific medical bills and have already exhausted our medical insurance. Lwazi really cared and sincerely wanted to assist us. He was able to reduce our premiums by over 50%! I was so overwhelmed by this generous gesture that I burst into tears. Lwazi was so kind and understanding and did everything possible to make our premiums better and improve our lives on a daily basis. I cannot begin to explain how much the extra cash every month will assist with specialist bills, medication and ongoing blood tests and pediatrician visits. This is a real answer to prayer for us.
