My mortgage has just been registered and paid out. I phone today to verify the installment due and Nedbank conveniently still wants to debit me for Life Insurance. It took them TWO WEEKS to send amended instructions to the attorneys because I chose to take out my own Life Insurance. Now I've obviously signed that agreement but they will attempt to debit me with the Old amount - which I did not sign for.
THIS IS NOT A GOOD START TO WHAT COULD BE A TWENTY YEAR RELATIONSHIP.
