A few moths back i bought a Kia k2700 from Brixton Commercial. I signed documents and agreed to pay Nedbank by Debit order dated 25th of every month. At this stage Nedbank has not been keeping to the signed agreement. For the last two months Nedbank has run their debit orders on the 23rd August and the 20th September which gives me a bad credit record at my bank and in the case where, if there is no money available Nedbank would list me as a bad payer. I believe that i got the rights to stop this debit agreement and would rather pay Nedbank as i get paid. I do not work for Nedbank or any other bank who pays their employees on the 20th. I pay all my accounts as soon i get paid starting 25th of every month until the 1rst of the new month. I believe as a customer i've got rights and someone should adhere to their own agreements. Nedbank i challange you.
