After all their advertising, FNB has a useless Internet Banking system.
I tried to pay prepaid to Vodacom for R499.00. The transaction was unsuccessful, apparently due to the bank's system having AUTOMATICALLY reduced my limit to a highly impractical R200.00 per day! This is apparently a "security feature"?!
Now they say they cannot t fix it and I must live with it?!!!! They also refused to refer me to a senior person.
When I treated to report it on Hello Peter, the answer was "Your're welcome".
When I threatened to close the account, I was told "Its your choice".
There was no will whatsoever to solve the problem.
Before you believe their advertising, be aware of this lack of approachability and incompetence.
