Channel Daily Transaction Limit Exceeded on Erro

I keep having a problem on FNB Internet Banking when I am doing a prepaid electricity purchase. If the purchase fails the failed amount is still counted towards your daily channel limit. This is just plain stupid and you would thing that FNB could do better than this. Error received after failed prepaid purchase: our prepaid purchase request was unsuccessful
