We have an account in the name of JNR Help CC. This is used very rarely. Standard Bank kept on reducing the EAP limit to Rnil and we were informed that this was for our security. In 2010 we went into the bank and explained that the account was used rarely, security was not an issue and that we did NOT want the EAP limit to be changed without authorisation. About 12 months later I used internet banking and found that the EAP limit was Rnil. Again we went into the bank (2 May 2012), explained again and this time received a signed acknowledgement of our instructions from Ms Sasman. I went onto internet banking today - and found that the EAP limit had been reduced to Rnil!!! Help!
