Fmi Income Protection Specialists
No pro-rata reimbursement after policy cancelled

I switched my income protector to another company and my debit order for FMI already went off on the 1st of April, I advised FMI on the 4th of April to cancel my existing policy. Now FMI will not reimburse me pro-rata for the rest of April which I cant understand.
