Benefit loss

Received email in Nov 2012 saying discovery and autopage benefit falling away from 31 December 2012 to all contracts signed up or renewed after 31 dec 2012. I confirmed telephonically about this with the discovery call centre in November that I would qualify for the full next 24 months if I renew before 31 december.
So i did just that. I renewed and on my autopage account it says I renewed on 16 November 2012.

My autopage account profile also says i have the disocvery benefit active.

guess what: No cash bask receved this month. I queried it with Mark Cassenant and get a voice message back last night saying I don't qualify as I only renewed in Jan / Feb this year.
Tried calling him today and Dumesani Kowa (the floor manager) answered and would not assist with the situation, instead just told me that I do not qualify and nothing I can do to reactive it. So much for a customer care floor manager!!!
He wouldn't even provide an email address for me to send the screen shot of my autopage profile stating that I renewed on 16 Nov 2012 etc, etc.

Sort this out and have my cashback reinstated.
