Firstly, I have an existing contract with Bayport Cellular which has almost reached it's 24month expiry date, but despite several emails and phone calls, I still have not been able to establish what the general procedure is that Bayport follows for contract expiry.
Secondly, I took out an additional contract for a special offer advertised on Bayport's Webpage for a Samsung Galaxy Tablet, accompanied by a very inferior discontinued Samsung cell phone. My problem however is trying to get the data sim card for the tablet activated! After being promised that the sim card will automatically be activated after a 72hour period in which the RICA process needs to be completed, I have still spent hours on the phone being "assisted" by various incompetent consultants amongst others, "Kali" and "Nana" in the client services department. The latest excuse from a supervisor named "Reginald" is thaT that I answered the security question/s incorrectly, and NOW HAVE TO PHONE BACK IN ANOTHER 24HOURS!!
HOW LONG EXACTLY DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY PROBLEMS RESOLVED, OR SHALL I GO AHEAD AND CANCEL BOTH MY CONTRACTS AS WELL AS THE APPLICABLE DEBIT ORDERS???
