Poor service

I lost my bank card 27/03/2013 and i noticed that the following day 28/03/2013 and immediately went to bank to report it, the person that helped me that day said i should get my new card within 5-7 working days and still today i havent got my card and its almost a month now without having a bank card no one called to inform me when will i get it or when must i collect it. I feel like FNB doesnt care about their customers after i have been with them for 8yrs this is the service i get from them im so dissappointed :(
