SIM not re-activated

My daughter was mugged and her phone, took extremely long to have it blacklisted, but not the problem now. I got a new SIM card, which after 3 days was supposedly activated. I even got an email confirming this. Well I have tried to make calls from this card now and it says number blocked. Can't Bayport get anything right. In my previous correspondence with Bayport I have requested the original recordings of when I took out the contract to be given to me. That has not been forthcoming either.
I spoke to a lady called Melody in the call centre now, and what a pleasure. She is very kind and actually managed to put up with my rantings in a very calm way. Quite honestly if I had been on her side of the phone I would have got quite rude to me.
Thank you to Melody for your brilliant service, but the rest you are useless.
