In 2009 I received a call from Bayport Financial to take up a cell c phone contract of top up 150 and they billed me R337.51 each month. I paid the contract of two years finished in 2011. I wanted upgrade the contract but they said i already did in the previous year which was strange cause i did not since i was still paying. Cell C could not help me. I just let it go. I recently inquired for a loan and was denied as on my credit status it said i owe Bayport Financial over R17000.00 i was asked to contact them but no one came back to me.
I queried at Cellc about this contract and said that this contract has belonged to a few other people through cellc and because the contract has not been taken out through them directly there is nothing they can do.
My HR department just received a Garnishing order for R 21000 from Bayport Financial services. This why am i owing these people money which i paid!!! i don't even have this anymore. I am so upset i can flip!!!
