In March of this year my daughter got robbed with my blackberry phone and contract sim card. I notified Bayport Cellular immediately and completed the necessarily documentation to block the handset and sim. I was forwarded a letter a month later by Bayport to take to Vodacom to do a sim swop. Unfortunately I was hospitalised for a long period of time and when I healed my daughter was hospitalised also. Due to this I was only able to do the sim swop last night, but during the past months I was assured that my airtime would accumulate as I have been paying my contract monthly. Now when I activated the new sim card I only had 2 months airtime available and according to the lady at Bayport because I did not use my airtime it falls away. To me this is utter nonsense as I am paying monthly for this airtime just to have it taken away.
