I've been struggling with the network since I signed a contract with Bayport! I called them once and they told me to contact Cell C. Cell C told me they won't be able to assist me because they can't trace my cell number. I then phoned Bayport head office in Johannesburg! I spent R30 just to explain the lady about my problem, I asked her if it was possible to phone me back. Her answer to me was she can't phone me back due to a high volume of calls that they receive. She suggested that I should change sim cards and then restart my phone. Up until today I'm struggling with the network I am more offline than online. Bayport is receiving their monthly payment of R489 on time! I'm fed up Bayport and Cell C!!
