Wrong information and delaying the process!

I applied for a load last week Monday, I phone in to try and speed up the process and to make sure I get all the necessary documents. Sent Docs through and N Mazibuko phoned me the next day stating she received everything and processed the application, She told me that money should be in my bank account within 48 hrs.48 hrs later I phone back in to find out that my id document certification date was too old, not a problem, went the next day to get the correct updated certification of my id doc at my nearest post office. I sent it through and phoned in again and spoke to 2 agents L Sothoane, only managed to take down one name, both confirming that everything is in order an d that money should be in my bank by Monday. This morning nothing was in my bank account, phoned in again and Khaya Makapela told me that they don't accept id docs that are certified at the post office and told me to go and certify it again at Fnb and send it through again. What is the point of doing it online if I have to go into an Fnb branch anyway, why didnt they tell me this before? If this was a mistake by one of your incompetent agents, why should this delay my app. My personal id doc is not fraudlent!
