First National Bank
Fnb switching

I applied for fnb switching on the 7th of February 2013 after hearing how easy it was. I applied for a cheque card and a credit card along with a tablet and consolidation option. After going through the process on the phone, everything was done and I just needed to send the documentation. Which I did. After about a week I phoned to check on the progress and apparently they were missing documents which no one managed to inform me about so I resent them. A week later same thing happened so I was asked to send my documents to a missing docs address. Once again documents were missing so I went to the Balfour park branch to physically give them the documents. A file was opened for me with everything in it . 3 days later the documents were finally received. I then phoned about the consolidation and the tablet both of which were not being processed. He tablet was not being processed because it had been more than 11 days since I had applied without them receiving the debit order switching forms. The consolidation was not being processed because of a discrepancy on my pay slip and the original application. I was then phoned and told my documents were unclear and needed to be resupplied.
