I phoned Neotel sales on 14 May and I applied for a modem. I was promised by Muzi that it would be delivered within 2 working days. I was advised to email my RICA documents he same day so as not to delay the process. I sent them the same day. I was phoned by Muzi to say docs were received and that modem would be delivered on 17 May. Today is 18 May and no one showed up yesterday. I phoned Neotel this morning to be told that Muzi forgot to attach my RICA documents to my application and that my application will be processed on Monday 20 May and I must allow 2 days after Monday for delivery.
The whole reason I called Neotel is because my Cell C modem expired and I need to d an assignment and submit on Monday. Neotel obviously has other plans for me,
I thought I would give Neotel a chance since they are new. FAIL!
