I applied for a personal loan got an sms to go to my nearest branch with the necessary docs. I went and she had a problem with my payslip, I went back the next day with what she required (after a lot of effort getting it changed) and she started the application and after a few minutes told me the system is offline and to come the next day. Went again the next day and after she helped somebody with the same thing I came for told me the system is still offline and she will keep my docs and phone me when it is on. I called everyday for the first week still the system is offline. I asked if it is of at all branches but just at theirs and she said all. Meanwhile I phoned another branch and they said their system is fine I should come there. I went to fetch my docs from the Brooklyn branch and she just told me she lost it and will phone me when she found it. She never phoned me and I phoned everyday for a week and she still hasn't found it and all she can tell me is she does not know where it is. I need my docs because I can't have my personal details lying around or I need an explanation at least. I hope this matter can be resolved quickly.
