Increase on Credit Card

I'm very dissappointed with Fnb. On Monday 07/10 I phoned in to increase my credit card limit and the lady who assisted me said that i will receive it in 24hours. She also said that i don't need to send any docs as i do have a cheque account with them so they do have all my documents. Phoned yesterday to find out what's going on and the other lady said i must send my payslip and id document and it will take 5 - 10 working days. I've done this before on internet banking and then it takes 2 days max. Phoned now and someone else told me that it takes 2 - 3 working days!!! How long does it actually take??? And i asked if there's any way that she can speed up the process for me - her answer was NO! What tipe of service is that??? I will move all my stuff to a different bank as i can't stand the service and the advisor who doesn't have a clue about the correct time periods... On day they increase to R50 000 and the other day they don't want to assist at all!!!
