Standard bank insurance policies

I was called by standard bank insurance brokers and took a few polies with them. 6 months later i've decided to cancel them but they still continued deducting my money.

i called them, spoke to Matsee (colsuntant) and i was promised to wiat 7working days.that was on the 28th March. today is the 22nd April and i am still waiting for my money. everytime i call them they give me a different story and say the money will be in my account a few days later or the following week. i'm now sick of waisting my airtime and time on them. i will most probly never take another policy with MDR and will close my bank account once i get my money. i have never dealt with such people before
