I cancelled the car insurance with standard bank and yet they deducted money from my account, i went to the branch to do a reversal but still the money is not in my account.i called their call center any they tell me i can't get the reversal from standard bank debit order i should call the insurance department and then i phoned the insurance derpartment and they sent me back to the bank.standard bank gives me a run around with my money...
