I had recently received an sms saying that my cheque card would be expiring on the 13th of April, i had the proceeded to call FNB in Melrose Arch and ask them if an arrangement could be made that the card please be sent to the Eastrand as that i where i now live.
i was at the conclusion this will be done as i was promised. a week later i still didnt have my card and called back. i spoke to the supervisor Metasha who assured me the card was sent to the east gate mall, which it wasnt.
long story short the run around that i was given was ridiculous and the fact that i have to phone all the branches and find out if my card is there is just not on.
i was then helped by Anthea who then told me that the Card was still there! and that was on the 19th April already.
im really dissapointed. I would like to Thank Anthea at the FNB Melrose for her help as well in telling me the card was still there.
