Its been almost 2 weeks that I have been waiting for you department to advise how far they are with my dispute logged on the 22nd April 2013. Everytime i call your call your call centres I get no help at all instead your incompetant staff keep transfering from one department to another. I just spoke to Vinesh in your department who honestly told me that he can't help and did not even attempt to assist me. This kind of service especially when one is promised that he would be given feedback almost daily on the progress of the investigation. I am with talking to your clueless consultants who don't seem to know what they are doing. Get someone to call immediately!!!
