I have been notifying the bank of the card that was issued to me in April2012 being not working until I was told to use alternative card, twice this year I went to the bank and notified the service manager on 2nd episode of this inconvenient she allocated a lady to help me, she promised to get new card for me which will take about two weeks that was in June 2013, manager also promised to make a follow up the next day till today I have not received any call from both people who were helping me. I am very disappointed in the bank that due to this I am unable to swipe from my cheque account because I do not have cheque card, must used other linked card to withdraw only not swiping. This problem is a continuation from that happened twice in 3months on my previous account where I eventually requested they close that account they did and issued new card NOT WORKING
