I have a platinum cheque account with fnb and i recently lost my card, i called and asked for my card to be replaced. the courier company that fnb is using is totally inefficient. they have been calling me but still up to today i havent received my card. they call and dont leave a message. i spoke to one of their consultants who dropped the call on me and didnt even bother calling me back

this is pathetic
