My replacement petrol card was delivered to Melrose arch where the account was originally opened. I went to Northgate and gave them instruction to deliver the cards there rather as its closer for me! My cheque card came but no garage card! I phoned the call centre and the Melrose Arch branch, now no one knows where the card disappeared too... when I phone the call centre they keep passing the buck! Im so frustrated!
