ATM took my card

On Saturday morning the ATM near The GLEN SHOPPING Centre, took my ATM card as i was in the process of a withdrawl. I later got an SMS telling me that that specific ATM is not compatible with the new Chip & Pin FNB debit Cards. How ridiculous is that! Anyways, we had stopped the card and proceeded to the FNB branch at the Glen to order a new card. Which we did. We also wanted a temporary card as we obviously needed money for the weekend, but were told that it would cost us R68 for the card. How crazy is that, as it is due to FNB that we lost our card in the first place. It is now Tuesday, and we still have not received our new card, obviously we did not take a temp card & we have been without cash since Saturday. Thank you FNB for putting us in this situation!
