A new account has been opened for me because of taking place in my old acc. I went to the braamfontein branch on the 12th of April to finalise the paperwork for a new account and card. When I asked Lebo when am i going to get my card she didn't give me a straight answer so I left thinking everything is sorted. I phoned card division on the 19th and I was told that they haven't received an instruction for a new card. When I phoned Lebo she told me that my new card was not ordered because I had used my old card on the 11th. I went to the Braamfonteing branch again on the 23rd and Lebo said she'll send the instruction to card division for a new. I phoned on the 25th at 9 morning to find out if everything is sorted and I left a mssg for Lebo to call me back and I did not get a call back. Today I phoned card division again and I was told that they did receive the instruction however it was send back to Lebo the very same day on the 23rd of April to rectify an error she made, But because they didn't get any feedback they can't send the card to the branch. You can keep your cheque card cause as of next week after my debit orders are done i'm moving to a new back.
