It would be great if someone could call me and tell me what's happening with my claim instead of me receiving some stupid web survey. Valentia's only ever sent me 1 email requesting the IMEI nr, ITC nr and SAPS details. I responded with the info and she's never gotten back to me. I've called a few times and she's never available so I keep having to explain myself to other people. Yesterday I was told I'd be getting a phone that is worth much less than the insured amount, not by Valentia of course, but someone else I spoke to when I called, AGAIN. I requested from this person that Valentia's supervisor contact me to explain why I'm getting a phone that is much less than the insured amount and when exactly I'm meant to be getting this phone... this hasn't happened; instead I get a stupid web survey asking me to rate your service... how can I rate your service if my claim is not yet resolved? Your service really, I've already started looking for other insurance. Just resolve this claim and let me move on please.
