My phone got in December. Been trying to contact the insurance company about my claim but I get told that somebody will contact me to take down my claim details but nothing has happened so far. Marcus at FNB insurance has not even given me a call to tell me what he needs to move forward with the claim. I use my phone for business and the phone I am currently using is giving me problems.
