Car and the worst service ever!

My car is insured through Budget Insurance. I changed jobs, and the animal rescue centre could not afford to pay for my c-track and was disconnected. I phoned my new information through to Budget Insurance but forgot to mention the tracking device was disconnected. An honest mistake. 25 Jan my car was along with everything, laptop, handbag, gps, donations for the centre, all gone. I thought my life ended till i got started with my Ins claim. I had to phone three weeks after to find out whats happening just for them to informed me that my claim was declined because of the c track that I forgot to mention. The police have the device that was taken from my car, for finger prints. Again the waiting game started. Beverly phoned and told me they re looked at the claim and will pay a portion (thank goodness) Now the confusion starts again. They told me and emailed a letter through how much i need to pay and that i need to contact MFC and make arrangements to pay the rest off. After contacting MFC i got a total different amount that is owed to them. WHAT NOW? I am the client but had to phone every one concerned 100 x. Is that the kind of service BUDGET INSURANCE gives to all
