FAILURE TO PAY CLAIM - CANNOT GET ANSWERS

I am really not impressed with the service im getting from CNA - Late last year i bought a phone from CNA & i insured it, the salesman never explained that they have 3 options when it comes to the cover insurance, i only found out early this year when i put a claim for the phone & i was then told that the cover i chose will not cover my phone which was worth R3200.00, they told me, they will only give me R2000.00 & i had to explain to them that i was never given any options upon purchasing the phone & therefore i will not accept the R2000.00, the person i spoke with told me they will then cancel that wrong option & put me on the correct option, ofwhich i assumed she did. To my suprise, now when i put on a claim for a new phone again i am told that i cancelled the insurance!!! i never! & when i asked who cancelled it? & who authorised the cancellation, nobody knows??? Impossible! Every system has a person behind it, so they should be able to see who cancelled it, please i need my phone as soon as possible as i never cancelled no insurance therefore it should not be a problem to approve my claim. i am really not happy with this delay, i do not have a phone and I NEED A PHONE A.S.A.P
