My phone got in Dec 2012. Sent the police case number and claim in to MTN Klerksdorp at the City Mall in. They kept sending the wrong information to 24hr insurance. Finally the right info was sent in and Pinnacle marketing [underwriters for 24hr insurance] claim that the phone was not insured. The phone was bought as part of a "business package special" and so came with a TAB.They claim that only the TAB was insured. How can one phone be insured and the other not when they were bought as a package and the insurance papers were processed and signed at the same time? Both MTN and Pinnacle marketing have been giving me the run around. Btw: this is not the first claim that ive made that ive recieved the exact same excise from MTN. Seems to be a trend.
