On 15 December 2010 - I sent a request to RCS together with proof of my payment to close my account. In 2011 I received a magazine and an accouint which I was billed for. I sent them an e-mail that I attached my original request to to close the account. I received no reply to my request but the magazines stopped. During 2012 I received an other 2 magazines and on both ocassion I phoned them to tell them that I had previously requested my account be closed and that I did not request that any magazines be posted to me. When I paid up my account there was a small balance owing to me, so the first 2 magazines were paid against that balance. However the third magazine now reflect as a R19 balance on RCS at TransUnion. This is a totally unacceptable to me because no-one at RCS seems to be able to assist me by closing this account properly
