I was involved in an accident a person drove in the back of me were the person did not pay my claim so I contacted my insurance to claim my damages. Firstly as soon as you claim there is no customer care or service at all as proven when a burglary had to be paid.
According to Virgin money (Claire Lekgothoane) I was not insured for the past 2 years Not once did virgin give me the chance to send proof that I was INSURED BY THEM. As the story followed they said I was not insured as when I called for insures 4 cars ago as I told them at that time I will be sharing a car with my mother she will be driving the car more often than I will but if either of us are involved in an accident my insurance will need to pay THAT MEANS I AM INSURED RIGHT OR WRONG as i paid my insurance 4 cars later now that is an issue as to not paying my claim Virgin money insurance is a joke.
