It has been 1 month sine I submitted a claim for my cellphone. It has been approved however they are replacing me with the wrong phone I insured a 4g and specifically asked the lady upon taking the insurance if she selected the correct phone now they advise phone is not available in SA why insured it then. Poor service I am now having to call the call centre for feedback on my claim still no feedback. Invoices etc submitted now they seems to be finding reasons to inconvenience me Not On!!!
Seriously considering Moving my insurance Very dissapointed my First claim to be handled so poorly
