Good day. We recently had an insurance claim that we handed over to the legal department to collect the excess from the other party. This request was sent on 02 April 2013 and when i phoned on Friday the person (Mangoedi Mojela) informed me that she has not even looked at this. Why do you have legal department when things are not looked us. This person who caused the accident does not have insurance and is also driving around without a drivers license. We had to fork out the excess (which was also increased without our knowledge). This insurance has let us down from the time we have submitted the claim. Please can action be taken asap to sort out this legal issue and the other party can be contacted for the money. And please can feedback be given to us urgently> See email below.

Can the access claim please be forwarded to the legal department for a Mr Simon Meloa ID number 7201066071082 and cell number 079 389 9239. Also this person does not have a drivers licence.
