The claim was submitted timeously for a small fender-bender that happened in December 2012.
Since then there has been no informative feedback on the progress of the claim despite numerous attempts at email contact made by both the client and the person claiming from the incident.
The person claiming for the incident happens to be a lawyer and is now threatening legal action against the client of Alexander Forbes.
Isn't the point of motor insurance to avoid legal action for a simple fender-bender?
At this point the client is being made to personally bear the brunt of poor service and communication from Alexander Forbes.
This situation is intolerable and will result in Alexander Forbes loosing valuable clients!
