I was involved in an accident (not caused by me) on 07/12/12. My insurance did not cover all my damages and I was advised to contact the other party's insurance in order to submit a third party claim. I have subsequently contacted Alexander Forbes' Claims Division, after which I was referred to their Legal Division. After numerous emails I have yet to receive a response.
I find this very poor quality service delivery even for a third party claim. Even if the response is that Alexander Forbes will not be processing my claim, I would at least expect a response. If the service provided was impressive, they might have even won over a new client. But, in this case, definitely not.
Emails were sent to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] on 16/05/13, 17/05/13, 27/05/13, 03/07/13 and 22/07/13 with no response regarding the way forward. What to do in such a case? I can provide more details if so required.
Any advice or inputs will be greatly appreciated.
