Lack of service nor response

On 27 January 2013 I was in an accident with a client of iwyze who had third party cover on his insurance with Iwyze. On 29 January 2013 I submitted an Id copy, RSA drivers licence copy, a letter stating that as third party i shall not claim from anyone else and a damage report quotation as instructed by the customer care agent. I have on countless occassions tried to contact Kelebogile Bogatsu who is on the following number 0102213705 but to no success, i have emailed her the documents atleast twice, i have left messages with those in the claims department and my details but I am yet to be informed as to the progress. I have recently through a call centre managed to get the legal departments number which is 012 342 4875 but nobody ever answers. The claim number is 377093 please help. I am dissappointed with Old Mutual for blatantly ignoring my efforts in processing the third party claim. For a giant such as Old Mutual this treatment indicates a rotten attitude towards clients and it is unacceptable
