Poor feedback and ownership from iWYZE staff

I recently put through a claim with iWYZE (claim number 386373) and that went well and my car is still at the panelbeaters. I contacted my insurer on the 14th Feb 2013 and spoke with Ephraim Nkosi. I advised him that I need to claim my excess fee from the person I had the accident with. He advised me to send through the details. I forwarded him the email from the legal person at Santam (the other persons insurance) and he said an iWYZE legal representative would contact me. I have not heard from anyone, instead I contineously call the call centre and get told Lebogele Mogatso (not sure of spelling) is my legal advisor and will help me claim the money and will call me. No call from them. I emailed Ephraim on the 22/02/2013 to check for an update, no response to my email. I called on the 6/03 &spoke to an agent as I wanted to check if I had car hire, the comments from the assesor said I have car hire. The agent confirmed I had car hire. I emailed Ephraim again and he said I do not have car hire. What is happening? When am i going to be assisted with claiming my excess fee back, do I have car hire or not cz I have no car at the moment. Can someone take ownership of this. I am really upset
