During my recent accident, I was telephoned by Simon Nkwinika and he advised that Outsurance will persue a third party claim agianst the person that I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. If succesfull there might be a posibility that I might get my access back. His profesionalism and the way he explained the process, although I am also in the Insurance industry, was excelent in the way he explained the procedure and the steps that will be taken. Also his attention to detail was great and up until yesterday Simon provided feedback that the Third Party Recovery was sucesfull and that my access wil be refunded. Now as a person that has 33 years service in the insurance industry and that has enjoyed Short Term Insurance cover through various Insurance Companies all my life, this is the first time that my access have been refunded to me. Thumps up to Simon Nkwinika and the Outsurance Legal department.
