Useless servise

If you phone theme they can not help you and if you go in to the bank they can also not help you. They say 'How can we help you' but they must rather say we don't want to help you F of. You can not even chance detail over the phone after they have Identify you, they say one thing today and tomorrow it differ again. You don't even get your bank statements, and they never understand you, FNB IS USELESS DO NOT EVER GO TO FNB
