Bad Service - Not dealing with my claim

On 11/11/12 I was involved in a car accident, which was not my fault. I then had to pay the excess of R2500 when my car was fixed. I was advised that Santam Legal would then try to recover the total amount, incl my excess, from the 3rd party. I was informed that Trevor Jaftha would be dealing with my claim. On 24/11/12 I received a call from Outsurance stating that the person who caused the accident has 3rd party insurance with them. On 26/11/12 I phoned Mr Jaftha to give him the details, he informed me that he is no longer working on the case. To my knowledge the case was transferred to a Mariet Arendse and then it was transferred to Jessreal Fortune. None of these people have done anything regarding the case. I have phoned a number of times and each time nobody can give me an answer and all they do is make a note on file that I called. Yesterday, I phoned Outsurance and it took me less than 1 minute to find out what the claim reference number is. They also informed me that no-one from Santam has ever contacted them regarding this claim. I emailed Mr Fortune yesterday to give him the claim no and asked for an explanation. Still no reply. This is absolutely shocking service!!!
