Banking details urgently required!!

Contacted Absa Southgate branch today to request a letter confirming my banking details and the lady said they are in a meeting i had to call the contact centre, i contacted the call centre and they told me that id have to go into the branch to get it, this service is so pathetic because they allow high possible actions via telephone and something as simple as emailing confirmation of banking details they want to do face to face. I work Sunday to Sunday and cannot lose a couple of hours money in order to just get this letter, they allow statement printing at machine's but not something as simple as banking details confirmation, Absa service.
